If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll provide a full refund — no questions asked. We also welcome your feedback to help us improve.
Our Guarantee
All restorations and appliances are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal clinical use for 5 years from delivery. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge.

How to Submit a Claim
Contact Us First
Email your claim with supporting information (including clear photos) to info@evolabdental.com.au before returning the case.
Mark the Case
If sending the physical case, note “WARRANTY CLAIM” on the lab sheet to avoid unnecessary invoicing.
Assessment
Our technical team will review the claim and provide return instructions if required.
Important Conditions
Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers repair or replacement of the same item and material only. Design changes or different materials are not included.
Warranty Exclusions
Accidental damage, improper handling, adjustments after delivery, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to lab fabrication.
Claim Requirements
Claims must include clear photos and a detailed description to avoid delays.
